The album landed at #2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart and #6 on the all-genre Billboard Top 200 album chart selling over 57,000 albums in its first week of release, more than doubling the first week sales of his debut album I’ll Stay Me in 2007. Bryan is a Georgia native and recently celebrated two wins at the 2010 Academy of Country Music Awards as Top New Solo Vocalist and Top New Artist. His latest single, “Rain Is A Good Thing,” is his fastest rising release to date and follows the #1 hit “Do I,” co-written with Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood. In addition to headlining shows, Bryan also has toured with country superstars Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley and Trace Adkins. Bryan honed his traditional country sound while playing on the college circuit. A popular spring break concert at Daytona Beach, Fla., sparked the idea for Bryan to record a special EP to students on spring break.
