  • Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, however, during high volume order periods, shipments may be delayed, due to inventory shortages. Orders will be held until all items are in inventory.
  • Delivery date estimates are provided by the selected carriers, and cannot be guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY

The Luke Bryan Store is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 45 days of ship date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send the unworn/unwashed item to the below address with exchange/return instructions & once we receive it we will refund you or send the exchange. Just write this down on a sheet of paper and include this in your return/exchange. Thank you.

We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES  

  1. Return in NEW condition
  2. Include a note as to the reason why you are returning/exchanging and include in the return
  3. If exchanging, write down on a sheet of paper what you need exchanged and include this in the return
  4. Please include order number from the original order

General Questions

To return an item for a refund/exchange, or if you have a defective item, please email lukebryan@bubbleup.net with an order number along with the reason for the refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is due to our error, we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund. Please send the item you are returning to

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail.
